Version 2026-11-04

The controller of your personal data is:

CompanyVigInfo AI s.r.o.
Registered addressPříčná 1892/4, 110 00 Praha 1 - Nové Město, Czech Republic
Company ID (IČO)23181290

2. What we collect

Contact form

  • Name, email address, company (optional) and your message.

Case-study download

  • Full name, work email address, company and, if you give it, job title.
  • Your choices on the form: that you agreed to this notice and whether you asked for occasional updates, with the time you made them.
  • Where you came from: campaign parameters in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the referring page, if your browser sends one.
  • When you requested the document, when you confirmed your email address and when you downloaded it.
  • Your IP address, used to limit repeated requests and protect the form from abuse.

To check that a work address can receive the confirmation email, we compare its domain against lists of free and temporary email providers and look up the domain's mail records. This check only decides whether we can send the email; it has no other effect on you.

Name, email and company are needed to send you the document. Without them we cannot process the request online; you can always write to info@viginfo.eu instead.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who processes it for us

We do not sell your data. These service providers process it on our behalf:

ProviderWhat for
Amazon Web ServicesProcessing the form submissions, storing download requests and the document, and sending the confirmation email, in the AWS region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany). The website itself is delivered through AWS's content delivery network.
Odoo S.A. (Belgium)Our CRM, where your contact details and enquiry or request are recorded so our team can follow up.
GoogleGoogle Analytics and Google Fonts on this website (section 7).

5. Transfers outside the EU

Form data and download requests are processed in the EU. Google may process analytics data and the technical data of font requests in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023. AWS and Odoo store this data in the EU; where their staff or sub-processors outside the EU may access it, for example for support, they rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses under their data processing terms.

6. How long we keep it

  • Download requests you never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
  • Confirmed requests and contact-form enquiries are kept until you ask us to delete them or withdraw consent, or until 24 months have passed without contact between us, whichever comes first.
  • Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, of at most 14 months, the longest Google Analytics offers.

Where the law requires us to keep something longer, we keep only that, for as long as required.

7. Analytics and fonts

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and events such as “case study requested” or “case study downloaded”. We do not send your name, email address or company to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics loads only if you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Until you click Accept, nothing is loaded from Google Analytics and no analytics cookies are set; if you click Reject, it stays that way. We store your choice in your browser and ask again after 12 months. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page: if you withdraw consent, no further data is sent and we remove the Google Analytics cookies where your browser allows.

You can also block it with your browser's cookie or tracking settings, or with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict how we use it;
  • receive data you gave us in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, write to info@viginfo.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz. You may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this notice and its version date.
